Ceftriaxone & Tazobactam Injection 1.125 gm

POLYXONE-TZ is a prescription antibiotic injection containing Ceftriaxone 1000 mg and Tazobactam 125 mg. It is intended for use against susceptible bacterial infections when injectable antibiotic therapy is prescribed by a qualified healthcare professional. It is intended for I.M./I.V. use as directed by the treating physician.
